Vanilla Matcha - Ceremonial Grade in details

Cultivated in the volcanic, fertile region of Kagoshima in southern Japan, this matcha comes from the Yabukita cultivar, renowned for its fine balance of sweetness, umami, and subtle bitterness. It is delicately blended with natural vanilla extracts, bringing biscuit-like, rounded, and comforting notes.

As a ceremonial grade matcha, it is hand-harvested during the first spring flush (ichibancha). Prior to harvesting, the tea plants are shaded for three weeks—a crucial step that intensifies the vibrant green color and produces a smoother, more harmonious cup.

The leaves are then carefully processed and slowly stone-ground following traditional Japanese craftsmanship, resulting in a fine, silky powder with a brilliant green hue.

TSUKI Vanilla Matcha offers an experience that is both authentic and indulgent. Perfect as a creamy latte, hot or cold, it can also be enjoyed more traditionally for a moment of daily comfort or as a thoughtful gift.
