Ratings are updated monthly and include data from the past 12 months. Vendors must maintain at least a 4.0 rating to remain active on our marketplace.
Do all vendors ship internationally?
International shipping varies by vendor. Each vendor page clearly indicates whether they ship outside the US and to which countries. During checkout, only vendors who ship to your location will be available. International orders may have additional customs fees that are the buyer’s responsibility. Since vendors ship independently, packages may arrive on different days. We’ll notify you as each vendor marks their portion of your order as shipped.
What happens if my order from a vendor has issues?
Contact the vendor directly using the information in your order confirmation for the fastest resolution. If you don’t receive a response within 48 hours, our marketplace support team will intervene. We track all vendor issue resolution rates and work with vendors to ensure problems are resolved promptly. Vendors with recurring issues face suspension from the platform.
